I had a wonderful buying experience with CTS. CTS gave a good price on the Prius I was looking for and were great to work with. Jud was absolutely amazing. He was so helpful and very patient will all my questions. He went above and beyond to make the experience easy and seamless. He was flexible with my payment challenges and made it much easier than some of the other dealerships I was shopping at were prepared to. Jud was very kind and in no way pressured me in anyway shape or form but instead listened closely to what I was looking for and assisted me in that manner very closely. I was extremely impressed with Jud and with CTS overall. Everyone was very prompt in responding to me and providing everything I needed. CTS will be the 1st place I go when I’m looking to buy a car again. ~ sam m

This is not your typical auto dealer. There were no high pressure sales tactics or cheesy conversations. Judson was a super friendly, laid back salesman who just let us be while we looked over the car. When we told him we wanted to think about it overnight, he didn't try to pressure us into buying the car right then. He gave us his contact info and told us to call him when we were ready. We called him the next day to let him know we wanted the car and arranged a time to pick it up. He had all the paperwork ready for us in advance so we didn't have to spend hours waiting at the dealership. We were in and out in under 30 minutes! We really enjoyed working with him and would recommended to anyone looking for a vehicle to check out the selection at CTS Auto. ~ Nicole

*****I would give them 10 stars if I could***** HONEST, PROFESSIONAL and HIGH-QUALITY WORK AT AFFORDABLE PRICES!!! As a single mother on a budget, I was worried about taking my car in for repairs. I had a severe coolant leak and wasn’t sure how much these repairs would cost me. From past experience, I know that most repair shops would’ve taken advantage of me and charged me for things that didn’t need to be fixed. However, Jake reassured me that I would only pay for what was necessary. The original estimate was exactly what I paid for (which was much less than I thought it was going to be). This is definitely a hidden gem.. I have a unique story with purchasing a vehicle, I was needing to trade in a vehicle that I owed money on still due to the fact that I physically just could not drive any longer without having some back issues due to surgery ,I knew I was going to have a bit of a hard time getting what I wanted out of the vehicle .. I can not express the gratitude and professionalism I experienced with Cts auto , not only did I get a very fair trade in value I also got an exceptional vehicle with a good APR on the loan I worked with Shawn and Kyle they were both so delightful to work with a very easy process and they handled everything for me I would highly recommend this business no hassle or pressure.. CTS is the best mechanic I've ever found. Previous mechanics have treated me like a child, have lied to me, or have tried to over charge me for services I didn't need. CTS has never done any of that. They've seen my car multiple times and have been upfront with me each time. They've told me all the things they found and explained which issues were high priority and which ones I could wait on. Their prices were reasonable. Andy and Kent have spoken with me over the phone and in person multiple times, taking time with each time to explain how my car works and what's going on. I've never had this kind of service before and they've become my mechanic for life because of the care they have with me and with my car. Thank you! ~ Lauren C

Great auto mechanic And Repair shop. They good excellent work at a reasonable price and are very honest which is an oxymoron for the auto repair business but it is true. They are professional, courteous, pleasant. I strongly recommend them. Whenever I have car trouble or need regular service or maintenance CTS is my TO GO GUYS AUTO REPAIR AND SERVICE SHOP. Another benefit is they are very close to where I reside. As per my experience I found CTS can be trusted to do a great honest job. I again went to fix air conditioning. They did a great job at a great price. Again they did not charge me for things they did not do although I thought it may be needed. That is what I call absolute honesty. I again went an oil change and they did this in an hour as promised and also put the hand brake cover on which had fallen off ~ V I

Frank and his team have been helping me through quite the ordeal since New Year's with recurring tire & wheel problems. Although I've had to return more times than either of us would like, they've taken care of me every time, like complimentary Uber rides so I could get to work on time; or, like today, when Frank waived the charge for (yet another) tire replacement, even though this one wasn't part of the pair they initially installed and therefore isn't under warranty. Frank took care of it anyway because of his sympathy towards my situation and as thanks for remaining patient with all the return visits. Hopefully it's a while before I'm back, but whenever that is, at least I'll know I'm in good hands! ~ Eric

He! I have been thrilled by the CTS' management and customers' service team that they even keep contacting me and concerns my car's situation after I frequently moved from one apartment to another. Recently I unwanted broke my car's right side mirror and damaged the the windshield wipers. There are many auto repair and auto parts stores / services around my new APT but none of them satisfied my request and even could not find the best fitted materials for me. Unbelievably, a CTS' friendly staff, who was rather far from my APT yet took initiative to ask me to offer all I needs and suggest me how to acquire the best parts with the lowest price. I appreciated and did so accordingly. Now, all are smoothly in the processes as I have been expected. You will see how nice when you experienced such an exciting deal! Praise God! Peter ~ Peter C

Hands down best car buying experience I’ve had! Everyone at CTS was outstandingly friendly and professional, from the manager to the mechanic that chatted me up while waiting for a fresh battery. They gave me a great deal on a car, did not waste any of my time, and never once did I feel like I was being swindled or given the run-around. I even failed to notice a minor issue with the AC, and after the purchase was final, they took the car back and fixed it the next morning free of charge. I've been going to CTS to service since 2009. They're very honest, only fix what's needed, and they find ways to save you money. If you're close enough and they are able, they'll drop you off and pick you up when your car's done. I've bought two cars from them. They are very upfront, the pricing is fair, and they are very laid back. I told Sean what I was looking for in a car and the car I had in mind. He told me the car I was looking to get was not a good buy. He kept me from making a huge mistake. Plus, you get a discount on service for as long as you have the car. I was looking for a car everywhere and found one that suited my needs online! When I inquired about the car I was immediately sent a message by one of the salesmen, Shawn. He was very helpful and made the transition of vehicles very easy! What can I say but this is the best shop in town! The new manager Frank and his staff are truly amazing and here’s why. For years I have shopped around for a trust worthy tire/maintenance shop and I found the ONE! I took my 2021 Honda CRV to this shop because I got tired of Honda dealership always selling me more maintenance things than I needed. They made sure on the things I needed and I got a great deal on tires. While I was waiting I had refreshments and a clean bathroom to use if needed. Frank has been nothing short of amazing. Brought my car in knowing it needs some work. Frank and his team sent me a link with all the repair options that were needed. Not only did it have the cost, it also had photos. When I went in to talk with him, he showed me the images they had at a larger view, which helps me to know that the work they are quoting actually needs to be done. We talked through the prioritizes and I left feeling educated and not pressured into any work that I wasn’t sure I needed. Listen when you go here your going to meet the most amazing man his name is Rob and I mean the universe hand picked this man to do what he does best. He doesn’t give a salesperson vibe but rather it feels like doing family business when you encounter him. There’s nothing hidden in any manner everything is truthfully explained and detailed. They’re not enough words to express the gratitude I have for Andrew and the folks at CTS. I ran over some type of a auto part puncturing my tire after leaving the grocery store I was met with kindness, compassion, and given guiltless assistance. They helped me exchange my tire for the spare, and didn’t even ask for something in return. I cannot express how comforting it is to know that there are still folks that value kindness I am thankful my tire was damaged in their parking lot and would 10 out of 10 recommend them to everyone for anything that you need for your car ~ S N

I was in desperate need of a car. Mine was falling apart! I have 3 kids and went through a really rough year being a single dad. Their safety is obviously the highest priority. I called into CTS about a car I found on CarGuru. I spoke with Bryce. He is a salesman there that has also been a mechanic for many years. He’s expertise and calm personality made this the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience I’ve EVER had. Bryce got me into a very nice, reliable vehicle. He was able to work with my mediocre credit score and offered expert advice on cars I was looking at. Since they are also a auto shop - you know you can trust them when repairs come up. Even when test driving my new car, Bryce had the shop replace the battery since he noticed a couple issues with the one that was currently in it. What an amazing team. Simply Amazing. I was shopping around for a new shop to help me with my Subaru Outback after my old mechanic gave me a really staggering quote, and thought I would try CTS. I met with Frank and was so happy I did. He had his technician Justin take a look at my car and see what maintenance needed to be done. He didn’t try to sell me overpriced services and things I didn’t need but broke things down in an easy to understand way and gave me a timeline of when I should start thinking about getting things looked at. My last place told me I needed to get 4000 in repairs and upkeep but Frank said all that was unnecessary and I got everything running for a fourth of that price. My experience was simply amazing and I am going to be using CTS going forward for all my service needs. I know I can trust them to not get ripped off or feel like an idiot for not knowing anything about cars. Thank you Frank for restoring my faith in car repair places. These guys are the absolute best! Jake, Paul, Kyle and Raymond have saved me numerous times. Always there when I need them, always go above and beyond. They haven’t just saved me literally thousands of dollars, they’ve saved my sanity! I just Purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot from CTS Auto and had service work completed as well. All I can say is this dealership went far above what any customer could expect. CTS Auto Sales & Service is the best! I've gone to them twice now and both times they've saved me money. The first time I had been quoted close to 5 grand when my converters were stolen, and then I went to CTS and they were able to get my car running like new for less than half of that. This last time I went to them without knowing the full issue, they diagnosed it and I agreed to a price. Jake calls me back the next day with good news telling me they can save me money with a different part and reduced labor. What a great feeling it is to have a shop you can trust! ~ Keith
